Epithalon 30mg
Telomere-extending tetrapeptide — the gold standard of longevity
Epithalon (Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) developed by the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. It is the gold standard of longevity peptides, renowned for its ability to activate telomerase and extend telomere length — directly addressing one of the primary drivers of biological aging.

How It Works — Mechanism of Action
The precise biology behind this peptide's effects
Epithalon activates the enzyme telomerase, which adds nucleotide sequences (TTAGGG) to the ends of chromosomes (telomeres), preventing their shortening during cell division. It also stimulates the pineal gland to restore melatonin and hormone production, regulates the hypothalamo-pituitary axis, and has direct antioxidant properties.
Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly once daily. Best administered in the evening due to its effect on pineal/melatonin function. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.
Dosage Protocol
GHH physician-guided dosing guidelines
Annual intensive course: 10 mg/day for 10 consecutive days (twice per year). Maintenance: 5 mg every other day for 20 days per course.
When to Expect Results
A realistic timeline from first dose to full effect
Cellular effects begin within the first course. Subjective improvements (sleep, energy, cognition) often noticed within 2–4 weeks. Longevity benefits are cumulative over years.
Side Effects
What to watch for and how common they are
Exceptionally well tolerated in clinical studies spanning 30+ years. Rare: mild injection site irritation. No known serious adverse events.
Contraindications
Who should not use this peptide
Active malignancy. Pregnancy. Autoimmune conditions (theoretical immune stimulation).
