Do I need to fast before my blood draw?
It depends on your panel. Tests like fasting glucose, insulin, and lipids require 8–12 hours of fasting. We'll let you know exactly what's required when you book.
Where do you operate?
We cover all 7 emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Home visit fees may vary by emirate.
How long do results take?
Most results are ready within 24–72 hours. Some specialized tests like food sensitivity panels or heavy metals may take 5–7 days.
Are your lab partners licensed in the UAE?
Yes. We work exclusively with UAE DHA/MOHAP/DOH licensed laboratory partners. License numbers are available upon request.
Can I upload previous lab results?
Yes. Your customer dashboard allows you to upload previous lab reports for comparison and trend tracking.
