High-dose SS31 — advanced cardiac mitochondrial repair protocol

AED 3,599.00
Physician Required

SS31 (Szeto-Schiller peptide 31, also known as Elamipretide) is a cell-permeable tetrapeptide specifically designed to target the inner mitochondrial membrane and protect cardiolipin — a lipid essential for mitochondrial structure and function. It is the most targeted mitochondrial protective peptide available, with clinical studies in heart failure, ischemia-reperfusion injury, and aging-related mitochondrial dysfunction.

How It Works — Mechanism of Action

The precise biology behind this peptide's effects

SS31 selectively accumulates in the inner mitochondrial membrane (IMM) and binds to cardiolipin — a phospholipid unique to mitochondria. This stabilises cardiolipin-cytochrome c interactions, optimising electron transport chain (ETC) efficiency and reducing electron leak that generates harmful ROS. It also inhibits the mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP), preventing apoptosis under stress.

Administration Guide

Subcutaneous injection. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Best administered consistently at the same time daily for mitochondrial protection protocols. IV administration used in clinical studies.

💊

Dosage Protocol

GHH physician-guided dosing guidelines

Standard subcutaneous: 5–20 mg per injection, daily or every other day. IV (clinical): 0.05–0.25 mg/kg/hour infusion. Anti-aging/performance: 10 mg subcutaneous daily.

🔄
Cycle Length
Continuous for therapeutic conditions. 8–12 week cycles for anti-aging/performance.
🧊
Storage
Refrigerate 2–8°C. Very fragile — minimise freeze-thaw cycles. Use within 14 days after reconstitution.
