MGF 2.4mg
Mechano Growth Factor — local muscle repair & satellite cell activation
MGF (Mechano Growth Factor, also called IGF-1Ec) is a splice variant of IGF-1 that is produced locally in muscle tissue in response to mechanical stress or damage. It acts as the body's emergency repair signal — activating quiescent muscle stem cells (satellite cells) within 20–30 minutes of muscle damage. It is the earliest and most localised anabolic signal in muscle repair.

How It Works — Mechanism of Action
The precise biology behind this peptide's effects
MGF binds to a distinct receptor from IGF-1 receptor (likely an MGF-specific splice variant receptor). It activates the Jak/STAT pathway in satellite cells, causing them to proliferate and migrate to the damaged muscle area. Unlike IGF-1, MGF's Ec peptide domain is uniquely responsible for this satellite cell activation. Once cells arrive, MGF also upregulates protein synthesis machinery.
Intramuscular injection into the trained/damaged muscle — inject within 30 minutes post-workout for maximum effect. Subcutaneous injection is less effective due to localisation. Use insulin syringe.
Dosage Protocol
GHH physician-guided dosing guidelines
100–200 mcg intramuscularly into trained muscle, immediately post-workout. Inject bilaterally for bilateral muscle groups. Only on training days — rest days ineffective.
When to Expect Results
A realistic timeline from first dose to full effect
Satellite cell activation: within 30 minutes. Muscle repair acceleration: 3–5 days. Hypertrophy and new fibre formation: 2–4 weeks.
Side Effects
What to watch for and how common they are
Local: muscle swelling and soreness at injection site (expected/normal). Systemic effects rare at standard doses. Hypoglycemia possible if fasted.
Contraindications
Who should not use this peptide
Active cancer. Pregnancy. Hypoglycemia tendency. Avoid in untrained individuals (requires mechanical stimulus).
