IGF-1 LR3 300mcg
Insulin-like Growth Factor — muscle growth & cellular repair
IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 Long R3) is a recombinant analogue of IGF-1 with an extended 13-amino-acid N-terminal peptide and an amino acid substitution (Arg→Gly3) that dramatically reduces its binding to IGF-1 binding proteins (IGFBPs). This increases its circulating half-life from ~15 minutes to ~20–30 hours, making it far more potent and longer-lasting than native IGF-1.

How It Works — Mechanism of Action
The precise biology behind this peptide's effects
IGF-1 LR3 binds to IGF-1 receptors on muscle cells, triggering PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling — the master anabolic pathway. It stimulates muscle cell hyperplasia (new cell creation) in addition to hypertrophy (existing cell enlargement), a property not shared by testosterone or synthetic anabolics. It also activates satellite cells, promoting muscle repair and new fibre formation.
Subcutaneous injection post-workout for maximum muscle cell nutrient uptake. Can also inject intramuscularly into the trained muscle group. Use insulin syringe. Take on workout days only.
Dosage Protocol
GHH physician-guided dosing guidelines
20–100 mcg post-workout subcutaneous. Beginners: 20–40 mcg. Advanced: 60–100 mcg. Maximum 4–6 weeks per cycle — receptor downregulation occurs with longer use.
When to Expect Results
A realistic timeline from first dose to full effect
Muscle fullness and recovery: within first week. Hyperplasia effects: 3–4 weeks. Full body composition results: 4–6 weeks.
Side Effects
What to watch for and how common they are
Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) if used without food post-workout. Jaw pain, joint discomfort from swelling. Acromegaly risk at excessive doses (facial/hand growth). Nerve entrapment.
Contraindications
Who should not use this peptide
Active cancer (potent mitogen — absolute contraindication). Hypoglycemia tendency. Pregnancy. Diabetics (monitor glucose carefully).
