Ipamorelin 6mg
Clean GH secretagogue — minimal side effects, strong pulse
Ipamorelin is a selective 5-amino-acid growth hormone secretagogue (GHRP) that stimulates GH release from the pituitary gland with remarkable selectivity — producing almost no cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH elevation (common problems with other GHRPs). It is considered the cleanest and most user-friendly GH-releasing peptide available, making it the ideal partner for CJC-1295.

How It Works — Mechanism of Action
The precise biology behind this peptide's effects
Ipamorelin binds to the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus, mimicking the hunger hormone ghrelin to stimulate GH release. Unlike ghrelin, it does not significantly stimulate appetite or cortisol. It acts synergistically with GHRH (CJC-1295) — GHRH sets the amplitude of GH pulses while Ipamorelin creates the timing signal — producing far larger pulses than either alone.
Subcutaneous injection. Best administered on an empty stomach (avoid high-fat meals and carbs around dosing — insulin blunts GH release). Ideal timing: before bed or upon waking.
Dosage Protocol
GHH physician-guided dosing guidelines
100–300 mcg subcutaneous per injection. Typically 2× daily (AM + PM), or single pre-bed dose for sleep/recovery goals. Combined with CJC: 100–200 mcg Ipamorelin + 100–200 mcg CJC per injection.
When to Expect Results
A realistic timeline from first dose to full effect
Sleep quality: within first week. IGF-1 rise: 2–4 weeks. Body composition and recovery: 8–12 weeks. Anti-aging skin effects: 3–6 months.
Side Effects
What to watch for and how common they are
Minimal — the cleanest GHRP. Mild water retention initially. Rare: mild headache, slight numbness. No cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH elevation at standard doses.
Contraindications
Who should not use this peptide
Active cancer. Pregnancy. Uncontrolled diabetes (monitor glucose). Active acromegaly.
