CJC-1295 (with or without DAC — Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic analogue of GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone). CJC-1295 binds to the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, increasing the amplitude of natural GH pulses. The DAC version covalently binds to albumin, extending half-life from minutes to ~8 days. No-DAC version has a shorter half-life of ~30 minutes, requiring daily dosing but producing more physiological pulse patterns. Both versions significantly elevate 24-hour GH and IGF-1 levels.
Subcutaneous injection. CJC (No DAC): inject daily, best before bed on empty stomach. CJC with DAC: inject once or twice weekly. Always combine with Ipamorelin for maximum synergy — they work on different receptors.
